Vardif
Vardenafil HCL 20mg
Indications
Vardif (Vardenafil) is a medication designed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Its efficacy surpasses that of other treatments for this condition, providing a longer-lasting effect.
Functioning as a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5), Vardif (Vardenafil) works by relaxing the muscles in the penis, facilitating increased blood flow through the blood vessels. This surplus of blood in the penis results in a robust erection suitable for sexual intercourse.
To use Vardenafil, one should swallow a tablet whole with water approximately 25-60 minutes before the intended sexual activity. It's crucial to note that Vardenafil only works in the presence of sexual stimulation. The recommended initial dose is 10mg once a day at most, with adjustments possible based on individual responsiveness to the medication.
The onset of Vardenafil's action occurs roughly 25-60 minutes after taking the dose, and its effects last for approximately 4-5 hours.
Vardenafil falls into the category of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5), which function by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing improved blood circulation. When coupled with sexual stimulation, Vardif (Vardenafil) aids in achieving and sustaining erectile function.
Regarding consumption, the medication can be taken with or without food. However, ingesting it with a high-fat meal may delay its onset of action and diminish its effectiveness.
